I’m a lot like you.
I’m a woman with dreams and goals I want to fulfill.
But, for a long time, I doubted my ability to do it.
I was scared of what others will think, doubted my capabilities, and compared myself to others.
I didn’t think I was enough (good enough, smart enough…).
I now know that is a bunch of BS but it took some consistent work for me to start doubting my doubt.
I now know how to manage my doubts and redirect my brain.
I live in Canada with my funny, brilliant, and adorable 6-year-old son, Oliver.
I love fitness, reading, listening to self-development podcasts, and having a glass of vino with friends and family.
I believe growth is what makes life interesting and fun. I believe humans are meant to continuously grow and evolve…and I never want to stop.
I have a Masters’s in Social Work and was Certified as a Life Coach by The Life Coach School (the best life coaching school in the world).
I was a Social Worker for many years but Life Coaching is truly my passion and calling.
I didn’t find Life Coaching. It found me. I believe that’s how the universe works.
One of the missing puzzle pieces in my life was Life Coaching. It’s a perfect fit.
Getting certified has been one of the best experiences of my life thus far.
Because of it I’ve met the coolest people and have the best clients.
Life coaching gave me invaluable, tangible, proven tools to manage my mind and uplevel my life.
I have more self-confidence in myself than I’ve ever had and am so excited about the future.
If you’re ready to develop the self-confidence you need to create a life you love, I’m the coach for you.
You can create whatever you want once to learn the skill of self-confidence.
As your coach, I will be there with you every step of the way.
I won’t lie, the process won’t always feel easy. It takes commitment and consistency. But, the self-confidence you will create for yourself will be 100% worth it.
If you’re ready, I’m ready.
My Values & Beliefs
Discomfort is the currency to our dreams. Commitment isn’t a comfortable emotion but useful because it fuels action that gets desired results.
Growth is what makes life interesting, exciting, and fun. It gives us a sense of purpose and keeps us young. Humans were designed to grow and evolve.
Change and growth take courage. Stepping out of our comfort zones can be scary but when we’re willing to feel the discomfort of courage we’re unstoppable.
