I’m a lot like you.
I’m a mom of a busy, hilarious 4-year-old trying to navigate the waters of divorce.
It’s a new normal that definitely took some getting used to. I’m still getting used to it in many ways.
I did all the “right” things…
- Worked hard to get educated
- Married an amazing man
- Bought a beautiful home
- Had a baby
- Was a stay at home mom
- Had a fulfilling career
Yet, something felt like it was missing. Most would say my life looked pretty damn good. And it was.
But, I felt like I could do and be more.
And so, the “perfect” life fell apart.
But, the way I like to look at it now is that the relationship was simply “complete” and my new life began.
I felt self-doubt after my divorce. I so badly wanted to create a life I love but lacked the self-confidence to do it.
I felt all the emotions – anxiety, shame, sadness, fear, grief.
In many ways, it felt like a death.
After my divorce, my opinion of myself was low.
I felt like a failure and thought something was wrong with me.
At times it seemed impossible to move forward.
But I did.
I decided that I was going to use my experience as an opportunity for growth and forge ahead to create a life I love from the inside out.
Is my life perfect?
Nope. Far from it.
Do I have “bad” days?
At times, I still feel the stress, overwhelm, and grief so typical of divorce.
But, I use the Life Coaching tools I have to try and make myself a little better each day.
I now truly understand that we are the creators of our experience.
Because I know the tools so intimately, I know I can effectively teach them to you too.
They will change your life. I am confident about that.
My mission is to help as many women as possible develop the self-confidence they need to design a life they love after divorce.
I have a Masters’s in Social Work and was Certified as a Life Coach by The Life Coach School (the best life coaching school in the world).
I was a Social Worker for many years but Life Coaching is truly my passion and calling.
I didn’t find Life Coaching. It found me. I believe that’s how the universe works.
One of the missing puzzle pieces in my life was Life Coaching. It’s a perfect fit.
Getting certified has been one of the best experiences of my life thus far.
Because of it I’ve met the coolest people and have the best clients.
Life coaching gave me invaluable, tangible, proven tools to manage my mind and uplevel my life.
I have more self-confidence in myself than I’ve ever had and am so excited about the future.
If you’re ready to develop the self-confidence you need to create a life you love after divorce, I’m the coach for you.
You can create whatever you want once to learn the skill of self-confidence.
As your coach, I will be there with you every step of the way.
I won’t lie, the process won’t always feel easy. It takes commitment and consistency. But, the self-confidence you will create for yourself will be 100% worth it.
If you’re ready, I’m ready.
So much love,
My Values & Beliefs
Discomfort is the currency to our dreams. Commitment isn’t a comfortable emotion but useful because it fuels action that gets desired results.
Growth is what makes life interesting, exciting, and fun. It gives us a sense of purpose and keeps us young. Humans were designed to grow and evolve.
Change and growth take courage. Stepping out of our comfort zones can be scary but when we’re willing to feel the discomfort of courage we’re unstoppable.
