How is coaching different than therapy.

There is a time and place for therapy and a time and place for coaching. Coaching is not to process trauma or focus on the past. It focuses on what you want to create in your future and gives you the tools and concepts to conquer goals. While coaching will help you improve emotional balance it does not address mental health symptoms and diagnoses. Both coaching and therapy are important in their own ways.

What can I expect from a coaching session.

The type of coaching I specialize in is “causal coaching”. It gets to the root of  “problems” by showing a client their mind. Clients learn to manage their minds and in doing so, get the results they most want.

How much is a coaching session.

Your first session is 100% FREE. After the free session, you can decide to go all-in on your life by purchasing 12 sessions for $1500. With 12 sessions you will see massive changes in your life if you apply the concepts and tools.
